This can be messy to make but we think you’ll enjoy.

1 cup gluten free oat milk

11/2 half tsp Turmeric

Pinch Black pepper

1 tsp infused coconut oil (using the recipe for medicated oil on this site, your cup of mylk will have approx 16mg of thc)

1 inch piece Ginger root

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp cardamom

1- 2 tsp Coconut nectar or honey or maple syrup

1 heaping tsp maca root (opt.)

 

Put all ings on stove in pot, whisk until smooth and simmer for 10-12mins. Remove from stove, pour into a mug and enjoy!
