Tuna & White Bean Salad

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3/4 cup White beans
  • ½ can Tuna
  • ½ red onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp canna-oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp celery tops, chopped
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour beans into a colander and rinse with water. Allow the excess water to drain off.
  2. Drain the can of tuna. Combine the drained beans and tuna in a bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the red onions and add to bowl as well.
  4. Add the olive oil, canna-oil and lemon juice to the bowl, along with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Taste the mixture and add pepper, or lemon juice to your liking.
  6. Top with chopped parsley and celery tops. Serve!
