High Protein Omelet
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 tsp canna butter or canna-oil
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 slice of thick ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
- 2 extra large Eggs
- 4 egg whites
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk eggs together. Cut up ham.
- Melt half the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place ham in pan and saute lightly for a min or two.
- Remove from pan.
- Clean out pan.
- Add canna-oil and other half of coconut oil to pan.
- Once hot cook the beaten eggs in the oil, and when the eggs are nearly set, toss the ham and dill onto the eggs.
- Fold the top layer over and cook for another 30-60 secs until desired doneness and serve immediately with parsley for garnish.
