High Protein Omelet

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 tsp canna butter or canna-oil
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 slice of thick ham
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish
  • 2 extra large Eggs
  • 4 egg whites

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk eggs together. Cut up ham.
  2. Melt half the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Place ham in pan and saute lightly for a min or two.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Clean out pan.
  6. Add canna-oil and other half of coconut oil to pan.
  7. Once hot cook the beaten eggs in the oil, and when the eggs are nearly set, toss the ham and dill onto the eggs.
  8. Fold the top layer over and cook for another 30-60 secs until desired doneness and serve immediately with parsley for garnish.
