Blue Power Smoothie

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1/2 medium Banana
  • 3/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cocoa
  • 1 tsp canna butter or canna-oil
  • 3/4 cup, frozen Blueberries, frozen

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a 16 fl oz or larger blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.

This smoothie has approx. 16mg included based on the original canna butter/canna-oil recipe.
