Blue Power Smoothie
REQUIREMENTS
- 1/2 medium Banana
- 3/4 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp Cocoa
- 1 tsp canna butter or canna-oil
- 3/4 cup, frozen Blueberries, frozen
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a 16 fl oz or larger blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
This smoothie has approx. 16mg included based on the original canna butter/canna-oil recipe.
